How much do corporate headshots cost? Headshot pricing depends on team size, time required, and how the images will be used.
Once we know a few details, we’ll send a clear, no-pressure quote — usually the same business day.
Do you photograph large teams? Yes. We regularly photograph teams of all sizes — from small leadership groups to full organizations. We plan the timing, setup, and flow in advance so photo day stays efficient and doesn’t disrupt your team’s workday.
How long does each person take? Most individuals are photographed in 5–10 minutes. We keep things moving while making sure everyone gets a polished, professional result — even those who don’t love being in front of the camera.
What should our team wear? After booking, you’ll receive a simple prep guide covering what photographs best, how to keep headshots consistent across the organization, and what to avoid.
When will we receive the final images? Turnaround is fast. Final, retouched images are typically delivered within 7 business days after selections are made. Rush options are available if you’re on a tight timeline.
